01 General Terms & Conditions

Single Account Policy

Each individual or household may only operate one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in those accounts being closed as duplicates, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing a false name, address, or contact details will prevent account verification and may result in withdrawals being blocked. To update your information, please contact the support team.

03 Bonus & Promotion Policy

Wagering Requirements

A specified amount of wagering must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn — this is known as the wagering requirement. For example, a 1x wagering requirement means you must place bets equal to the bonus amount. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated alongside each offer.

Bonus Validity

Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Any bonus that expires within this period will be automatically cancelled.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may take longer to process if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.
